European-made cluster shells have reached ukrainian artillery batteries on the front lines of russia's 17-month long broad war against ukraine.

Based on video footage from the front, the ukrainians are using destructive dual-purpose cluster munitions (dpicm) exactly as the u.S. Army intended.
